Marketing Director, Strategic New Business

About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy and 360 execution for the brand! You will lead all aspects of all member touchpoints including digital, paid media, social media, influencers, email, on-site experience, events, and marketing partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop the overarching marketing strategy & value proposition for our new subscription
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Creative, Merchandise, Brand Partnerships, Social, Growth, and Digital to ensure consistency and continuity across all consumer touchpoints
  • Develop and own the global marketing calendar and partner with the Brand Partnerships & Merchandise teams on seasonal roll go-to-market strategies
  • Initiate creative conception & support video and photo shoots to ensure they align with the brand’s vision
  • Lead all aspects of the social media, partnerships and influencer strategy to ensure it aligns with the overall member experience
  • Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all seasonal campaigns
  • Brainstorm and innovate with the Product and Engineering teams to consistently improve member experience
  • Mentor and coach key marketing teammates
  • Constant assessment of bold environment and consumer insights to guide strategic directions
  • Marketing budget development and management
  • Partner with key stakeholders on critical metric measurement
  • Act as brand cheerleader both internally and externally to constantly advocate for the brand

What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years experience in beauty, fashion, CPG, lifestyle or consumer brands/agencies. Previous experience as a Marketing Director
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or similar relevant field
  • Deep passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great collaborator and teammate
  • Ability to multi-task and hustle in a fluid fast-paced environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Hungry, passionate, with a do-whatever it takes attitude
