2020-2021 Ochsner Administrative Nursing Fellowship

Ochsner’s Administrative Fellowship program, driven by our strong commitment to our teaching mission, has allowed our health system to grow and develop generations of talented leaders in the healthcare industry. We understand the value of the mentoring experience and prioritize developing talented individuals to assist in reaching their career goals. Our program is designed to help guide top graduate students into operations management positions through intensive training that combines system-wide exposure to the major functional areas within Ochsner with classroom learning, executive shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, a wide range of intensive project work, and a multitude of professional development modules.

We are happy to announce that we will be offering fellowship opportunities again for 2021. All concentration deadlines will be Monday, September 28, 2020. We have made changes to the application submittal process and instructions have been included in the links below.

The Administrative Fellowship Program consists of seven (7) unique programs. Each concentration offers rotations through various functions of the discipline over a 12 - 24 month period. The length of the fellowship is dependent on the complexity of the learning. Feel free to apply to multiple concentrations, however please consider which will assist in your career path.
