Augustana Elim Services Health Care Centers (Long-Term Care (LTC) and rehab facilities) in Apple Valley, Dassel, Hastings, Hopkins, Maple Plain, Milaca, Moose Lake, Princeton, and St. Paul currently have immediate needs for nurses on our Day, Evening and Night shifts. Their are both FT and PT roles available on Day, Evening and Over-Night shifts. Experience desired, but new grads welcome (you can apply once NCLEX is scheduled).
Qualifications include:
· Current MN Licensure
· Ability to communication well with residents, attending physicians, other staff members, agency representatives and resident family members
· Attention to detail to ensure resident records are current
· Compassion and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others
Responsibilities will include:
· Assisting residents with medical needs and medications.
· Working as a team member with the nursing staff on the unit.
· Using critical thinking skills to better the lives of those we serve.
