Kohl's Career Business Expo Event

Did you know that Kohl's internships are conversion-based?

...What exactly does that mean?

Simply put, we give more than 70% of our interns a full time job offer to come back after graduation, once they complete the internship. For that reason, we look for candidates who have completed enough credits to be at an undergraduate junior level to be considered for a summer internship.

This is awesome news if you're a junior, but probably not what you wanted to hear if your grad date indicates that you're currently a freshman or sophomore.

But! If you're interested in Kohl's now, we would love to share more info with you about our Career Expo which is an annual event hosted in spring at Kohl's corporate offices in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

At a high level, it's two-day event to learn more about Kohl's; our internship opportunities, and a chance to see the culture here firsthand (hint: it's pretty awesome). Plus, it's an easy way for you to express interest prior to your Junior year.
