HR Summer Internship

What we can do for you:
Provide a valuable human resources workplace experience and give students pursuing a degree in advertising or a related field the opportunity to explore the industry, get exposed to organizational culture and build a professional network. We handle all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, payroll processing, organizational structure, etc.

What you can expect:
·       Provide administrative support to the HR department and office services, including, calendar management, organizing travel and events, completing expense reports, and submitting service requests
·       Assist the HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
·       Participate in college recruiting events to represent the company and identify potential candidates
·       Help facilitate and attend professional development presentations that will be hosted by Kinetic employees.
·       Assists with company events and employee communications
·       Internal projects

What we ask from you:
Must be available part-time from September 3rd - December 13 2019
Must be a current college student pursuing a degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications.
Seriously seeking employment in advertising/media industry upon graduation
Involvement in ad clubs/experience in related field is a plus
Minimum 3.2 GPA
Must be proficient in Outlook & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Superior written and oral communication skills
