Paid Internship/Residency

We currently have 2 distinct options of hands on learning. The first option is for a current student or recent grad to join us for an Internship based program for a 3-4 month period. The second, and more desirable option, is our Residency program & will be for a minimum of 1 year, but could be extended to a 2nd year.

Both programs are intended to train you in leadership development with hands-on experience to aspiring pastors and ministry leaders. The Intern/Resident will work directly with the Lead Pastor & ministry staff for personal mentoring and leadership training to equip emerging church leaders for a lifetime of ministry significance.

You will gain experience by serving as part of a team in many of the ministry departments of the church. If you want experience in the typical American Church, we're for you! If you want to learn how to serve and lead an aging congregation in revitalization, we're for you!

For those in the Residency program- There is a possibility to partner with a local non-profit mercy ministry, within our community. This oppportunity would include a greater income and work load, but would provide an incredible experience in both the life of the Church and the front lines of community ministries, as well as non-profit organizational leadership and start ups. You will have direct access and training with the founding Director and will split your time between the non-profit and the Church.
