What is the TRACK Program?The Technical Rotation and Career Knowledge (TRACK) Program rotates an employee through different salaried positions to ensure robust development and growth.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuit of a bachelors degree in one of the following area
  • Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Automotive Technology
  • Must have 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher to apply
  • May 2020 graduation date
  • Desire to work in the automotive industry
  • A passion for excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team setting and handle group projects
