Looking for May 2018, Dec 2018, May 2019, Dec 2019, & May 2020

Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree of four years from India in Computer Science or related field and Master's Degree from Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities
• Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the salesforce.com software and system administration.
• Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates. Manage and implement customization requests including creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
• Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity. Ongoing system administration, including managing and maintaining multiple user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules and conduct regular security/configuration audits.
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM. Work closely with various business teams to create and build functional operational support through the salesforce.com application.
• Understand all aspects of salesforce.com configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the salesforce.com release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year).
• Maintain at least high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.

Requirements
• 1+ years hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution.
• 1+ years hands-on development experience with Apex, Java or C#.
• Strong knowledge and skills in: VisualForce, JavaScript and SOQL
• Expertise in Salesforce.com architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Good knowledge of Web Services (SOAP or REST) is desirable.
• Salesforce.com Developer Certification or demonstrable interest in working toward that goal.
• Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, including testing, change management and release management.
• Strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce.com implementation, configuration, and administration of sales, marketing and technical support functionality.
• Self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization as well as externally.
