BuildingPoint Midwest & Gulf Coast has an immediate opening for a Account Executive. We are looking for a driven and ambitious team member to expand our penetration into the Labor, Equipment and Tool tracking/management markets of Building Construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales cycle and process management.
  • Identify, develop & close high-dollar value deals.
  • Convert sales leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Grow and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for Labor, Equipment and Materials (LEM) products.
  • Personally develop and maintain relationships with key market influencers.
  • Work with channel partners to develop and cultivate a trained distribution network capable of maximizing market penetration.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven ability to proactively find, identify and develop relationships with prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring varied solutions into undeveloped territories and customers. Dynamic ability to work across industries and rapidly acquire domain knowledge.
  • Skilled in successfully handling complex selling situations and negotiations; as well as consultative & strategic selling techniques.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and successful participation in a teamwork environment.
  • Domain knowledge in Building Construction. Knowledge of Access Control, labor tracking/management, tool tracking/management, is a plus.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assist/conduct sales training in support of channel expansion and new product introduction.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, focusing on both long term objectives and short to medium term execution.
  • Client-focused, responsive, professional and sales-driven.
  • Ability to create and maintain sales forecasts, and report on sales progress.
  • Good computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Business Apps.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, or equivalent software.
  • Three-plus year’s sales experience in the Americas (preferably into construction).
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales revenue and client base in a region or market segment.
