Business Analyst/Scrum Master
- Participate in Requirements Analysis discussions with Clients and other Business Users
- Convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications and explain to the Software Development Team as an SME
- Prepare and present Business Requirements Document (BRD) and System Requirements & Specifications Document (SRS)
- Create Mind Maps, Product Features, Comparison Charts etc to evaluate competent products in consideration
- Play the role of a Project Coordinator when needed to schedule meetings with clients and users and keep updated on the Project Status
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
- Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
- He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing,
- Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
