The overarching role of a project manager is to manage the workflow and internal communication within the walls of Periscope throughout the life cycle of a project. Our goal is to facilitate flawless execution on budget and on time. With thoughtful planning, problem-solving, flexibility and connectivity, we help bring the creative assignment to life.

A project manager is responsible for driving projects through the agency from project initiation to delivery of final materials. Each project is completely unique and our creatives are always looking to push the envelope. As project managers, our job is to work cross-functionally to find solutions that can be produced on time and within budget. You have to be flexible — not on the gymnastics mat, but in everyday tasks. This is an ever-changing world and deliverables can change in an instant. Sounds easy enough, right?! Ha! Let’s just say it’s an interesting and exciting job that requires you to act quickly, listen, ask a lot of questions and think outside the box. You need to have the ability to turn the seemingly impossible into a reality.

Key objectives include: liaison between all departments; drive internal processes; create, maintain and enforce schedules; and work cross-functionally to ensure everyone has what they need to get their job done on time and on budget. Project managers boast a winning mix of efficient time management, strong organization and communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
