I’m looking for an intern to help me on my quest. Everyday I wake up to find ways to improve peoples financial lives. I teach leaders and companies how to have financial security. I speak about it and write about it. But I can’t do it alone – we're growing – so I need help by developing our future firm leaders.
We have many locations in the Chicagoland area, so you'll have flexibility on location. I'm not interested in someone who's not going to dedicate all their working to this role. We are looking for someone committed and driven towards empowering others to lead a greater life.
In a nutshell - I need this future leader to be comfortable not being in their comfort zone, while being able to display high levels of empathy.
What does the day to day look like? Leadership development, training, and finding the right people to get in front of. By the end of your internship, we will expect you to be able to lead conversations with our potential clients.
