General Description
The Human Resources Intern will provide general support to the Human Resources Department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize and file new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of employee files and filing system/process.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and sourcing qualified job candidates.
  • Post open positions on various job boards.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of various HR programs.
  • Assist with the creation of documentation for various HR procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties including printing, mailing letters, filing, scanning, and other related duties as needed.
  • Other administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Junior or Senior progressing towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Previous HR experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Must have an extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
