Requirements:
·        Provide comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments of students as appropriate
·        Provide individual, group, and family therapy
·        Apply psychological principles, methodology, and techniques designed to modify behavior
·        Perform crisis evaluation and behavioral intervention as needed
·        Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
·        Maintain appropriate records
·        Collaborate in the development and implementation of an effective treatment plan based on the individual’s IEP
·        Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
·        Perform other LPC duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
·        Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for students
·        NV state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
·        Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills
·        Ability to work and build strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administrators
·        Experience working in schools or with children a plus, but not required
