The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) position is a full-time, live-in role that has primary responsibility for managing the daily operations of an apartment style residence hall. Key functions include student staff selection, training, and supervision, student conduct adjudication, policy enforcement, student leadership development, and community building through programmatic efforts.
The RLC is expected to implement a student development approach and in all aspects of the position be guided by the core values of respect, education, and service. The RLC will work with and collaborate with the Associate Director of Housing and Residence Life, Director of Housing & Residence Life, as well as other administrative staff.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Familiarity with an on-campus residential setting and student conduct violations. Proficiency in PC-based applications
Salary Information: $37,000/year
