About the Position
Depending on the strengths of the candidate, this position could be either Lower or Upper Elementary. Currently, Many Rivers has two Lower Elementary groups and One Upper Elementary classroom. As a transition to a fully independent second Upper Elementary room, a new Upper Elementary guide would work collaboratively with the current Upper Elementary guide with a combined anticipated enrollment of 38-42 children in a multiple spaces arrangement. Alternatively, one of our current Lower Elementary guides could move to the Upper Elementary and the new Elementary guide would lead one of our Lower Elementary classrooms.

Status
Elementary Guide is a salaried, exempt position offered on a full-time basis. Benefits include health insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan and tuition remission.
Start Date
This position begins on August 24, 2020.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- AMI Elementary Diploma
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, genuine & joyful nature, and quiet and welcoming manner with children
- Minimum of two years experience working with children is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
