About U.S. Management Trainee Program
U.S. Management Trainee Program is an 18-month program where you will have the opportunity to work on three 6-month assignments with a progressive increase in challenge and responsibility.

About the department
Our Service Department is anchored in our regional sales business unit and is responsible for the after-turbine sales business. Service operates, maintains and executes all service contracts, time and materials work, modified scope contracts, and critical incident management for various customer assets across North America. Service interfaces directly with operational counterparts within customer organizations maximizing turbine operation and performance.
Regardless of the position or part of the country – business focus is the focus of this role. The positions are aimed at candidates with various bachelor’s degree e.g. either within Finance, Engineering or other Business areas.
Responsibilities
• Understand business KPI’s and manage the site to achieve set targets
• Gain experience with leading a team; understand how People & Culture collaborates with the business
• Finance exposure, managing the budget for a site location
• Interface with customers; learn contracts and customer management
• Internal process review, recommend ways to improve or streamline
Qualifications
• Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree (or is about to finish one before June 2020) from university
• Excellent IT skills
• English language required, additional language preferred
• Able to move to different locations within the U.S.
