Sales Recruiting Specialist

Come join a creative team of recruiters dedicated to growing our national sales force! As a recruiter with VizyPay, you will identify, source and contact good-fit prospects for outside sales roles nation-wide. Using strong selling skills, you will balance contacting warm leads through job postings and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline. You will partner closely with your Recruiting Manager, Sales Directors, and Marketing Team to help you achieve your specific goals.

· Source, screen and interview candidates over the phone for potential employment nation-wide

· Rapidly respond to applicants and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates

· Strategize creative ways to attract new talent and recommend improvements to the recruitment process (think outside the box!)

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the structure and nature of our business

· Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in order to sell our company’s mission to prospective candidates

· Work directly and cohesively with the Recruiting Manager, Sales Directors and all departments within our company
