Software Engineering Intern
Intercomp is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to help design, test, implement and maintain software applications. Applications include PC, embedded, web based and mobile solutions for customers as well as for in-house use. Qualified candidates will be working towards a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with experience in:
- Python, C#, Objective-C, Java, (or others comparable)
- Visual Studio, Xcode, Xamarin
- Version Control – Git/Github, Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Service
Additionally, any familiarity with the following is a plus:
- SQL / Relational Databases
- Serial and TCP/IP Communication
- Linux/Ubuntu/Yocto
- ASP.NET MVC, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery
- Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML
- Firmware Programming in C, FreeRTOS
- ISOBUS/Universal Terminal
Interns will work on all parts of development process including gathering requirements from users, project design, implementation, delivery and support.
