Reliability Engineer

Conductix-Wampfler is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their Risk Management Team. Qualified candidates will be results-focused, self-directed, data-driven and have the ability to adapt easily to the changing needs of the business. This is a hands-on position. You will be working with the risk management, EHS, engineering and manufacturing teams to identify trends and work to implement preventative measures to limit failure of product and processes.

 Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM degree;
  •  2 – 5 years of experience with Reliability Engineering or RAM’s Engineering responsibilities;
  • Experience implementing the CENELEC Standards EN 50128 and EN 50129 as guidelines for RAM and Safety Assessment;
  • Familiar with MIL-STD-882 and AREMA Standards;
  •  Working knowledge of ReliaSoft or equivalent reliability and maintainability analysis software;
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting electric, electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics;
  •  Experienced with the terms MTBF, MFBSF, MTTR, and MTBHE;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel;
  • Certification in the area of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability a plus;
  •  Experience in technical documentation and report generation;
  •  Experience assessing RAM performance of fielded equipment.
