Description
At Andersen, we offer a rewarding career path for exceptional and motivated students. If you are an ambitious student interested in gaining a greater understanding of what a career in public accounting might look like, we invite you to apply to our summer leadership program. Participants will be exposed to the entrepreneurial spirit of what makes Andersen a unique public accounting tax firm. This one day program will provide you with a leadership opportunity to interact with firm leaders and network with peers to develop both personally and professionally. You will be able to accelerate the campus recruiting process while gaining first hand perspective about our organization and culture. The day will be full of team building activities, exposure to firm leaders, and a lot of fun! Additionally, the Summer Leadership Program will provide you with insight into our winter/summer internship program.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements 
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree with expected graduation date of December 2021 through August 2022
  • Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
