FindLaw Product Management Intern – Summer 2020

The FindLaw Product Management Internship is designed to give interns a chance to play a key role in supporting FindLaw’s sustainable growth by participating in the definition and execution of commercial strategy, coordinating go-to-market projects and initiatives, and implementing and meeting specific revenue driven programs that tie to overall revenue performance goals just as a Full-Time employee would be expected. We supplement this work with amazing opportunities to meet and network with top executives across TR and in-depth training in our corporate culture with plenty of volunteer and fun activities to make the summer memorable. As an Intern you are asked to strive towards several key milestones and goals.  These Include:

  • Work closely with FindLaw Product Management to articulate and communicate a compelling customer proposition internally and externally, and/or to validate market opportunity and to develop expertise on marketing products by doing research of industry trends
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to deliver features and/or improvements, optimize existing solutions, or to develop analysis for the sunset of obsolete products and services
  • Assist with formulating detailed project plans and collaborate closely with all stakeholders and participants to ensure project success.
  • Assist with transitioning projects from proof-of-concept to go-to-market and full operationalization.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to capture the “voice of the customer” (Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations), and prioritizes client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention
  • Effectively communicate project updates to Product leadership and act quickly to address project issues
  • May be involved in other business operations activities as needed

To be considered, you have these qualifications:

  • Be entering your Junior or Senior year of college
  • Ability to work within cross-functional groups or teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of professional attitude and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
