Marketing Intern

 

Trees Forever is seeking an intern to work with the marketing and development team. This position will work between 10 -20 hours a week. See below for hourly amounts.

 

This person would be based in our Marion, Iowa office. He or she will help with our social media campaigns, help put together a monthly email newsletter, write for our blog, and help create the marketing campaign and materials for an annual celebration for our volunteers.

 

·        a degree (or a student working towards a degree or work experience) in marketing, journalism or communications, as well as an interest in environmentalism/conservation.

·        Writing and proofreading skills

·        Event planning and design experience with the Adobe creative suite is a plus!

·        Power Point and presentation skills a plus
