Executive Recruiter – Engineering & Technology

What you will be doing?
Sourcing - 
  • Learn SBT’s proprietary/unique/novel/differentiated process of executing candidate searches for engineering positions by developing strategies, proactive networking, internet searching, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.
  • Developing effective sourcing strategies and research methods to attract quality candidates
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in sourcing and communication

Communicating - 
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation".
  • Ensure a high touch and high-quality candidate experience throughout by owning their individual recruiting process 
  • Engage potential candidates via email, phone, text, in-person and through LinkedIn all while striking a balance between empathy and persuasiveness

Persuading - 
  • Learn the art of persuasion through a consultative sales approach centered on education

Comprehending - 
  • Comprehend job descriptions and conduct a needs assessment to come up with effective recruiting plans and strategies
  • Accurately assess a candidates behavioral and cultural alignment with your client’s requirements and needs

Organizing -
  • Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience by providing timely and professional communications, providing feedback, addressing concerns, and seeking opportunities to improve the process.
  • Accurately document each candidate experience as well as personal progress on your searches

Prioritizing -
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects across a wide range of roles within the tech industry
