Aon is looking for Interns
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our McLagan business group within Aon, in Tokyo, Japan.
Your impact as an Intern
Interns will have an opportunity to work alongside senior consultants to support the annual compensation study project as well as other potential consulting projects. Interns will gain exposure to various segments of the financial industry as well as different types of client organizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, aggregate and analyze client data, as well as to resolve data issues.
- Assist consultants in the analysis and review of study results and production of client deliverables.
- Research and analyze business and organization changes of clients from disclosed information.
- Support consultants on ad hoc data analysis and research projects.
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, work well under pressure (with others and alone).
- Business level English (oral and written), and preferably same level of Japanese but not compulsory.
- No accommodation or visa sponsorship provided, so students who can work in Japan legally and with own accommodation in Tokyo would be preferred.
Education
- Junior and Senior college students are preferred, but we also welcome Fresh or Sophomore students.

Time Frame
- From July to mid-September.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00 with one hour lunch break.
- Working hours and timing of the work can be negotiated but preferably full-time work during late July and August.
