Hoboken 10 weeks full time from 8th June 2020 until 14th August 2020
We’re looking for a diverse group of highly talented recent graduates and final year students to apply for our paid 10-week Summer Internship.
As the Accounting Intern you will assist with:
- Month End Close (Journal Entries, Analysis, Spreadsheets, Calendar Management
- Account Reconciliations (BlackLine Reconciliation Tool)
- General Ledger Work (SAP)
- SOX Requests (Audit)
The ideal candidates will be a Accounting and Finance major work experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
As the Tax Intern you will:
Work with the tax team on various projects, including assistance with preparation of tax returns (income and other, including sales/use/GST/VAT) and 10-K and 10-Q; calculation and preparation of various supporting worksheets/workpapers included in tax returns and tax provision; ad hoc research on tax/accounting topics; comparison to peer companies’ tax/finance metrics.
The ideal candidates will be aN Accounting and Finance major experience of already taken some tax courses would be advantageous.
The Finance reporting Intern will:
Support the external Audit process, assist in the tracking and consolidation of monthly close activities, the tie out, review and consolidation of 10-K supporting documents and assisting with the review of schedules related to recent acquisitions.
The ideal candidates will be a Accounting and Finance major work experience within a similar role would be advantageous
The Finance Applications Intern will:
- Assist in testing change requests
- Document repository maintenance
- Requirements gathering, documentation and test plan design.
Skills Required: for all roles:
- Excel – Good knowledge
- Microsoft office
- Databases
- Finance systems
Our ten-week summer internship runs from 8th June 2020 until 14th August 2020
Criteria:
- Graduating between May 2020 and January 2021
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Be authorized to live and work full time in the US unrestricted after graduation.
- Must be able to work 40 hours week throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship in Hoboken
