Under general direction, plans, organizes, directs, and administers client programs and operations of the Human Services Direct Services Division, including Family Services, and Adult Services. Determines and interprets departmental policies; directs the activities of assigned units and personnel. Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to department wide initiatives and performs related work as required.
