- Front end development (experience with JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Backbone, HTML, CSS, Jsps)

- Object Oriented design, Spring dependency injection using XML configuration, Java Configuration (code), and Annotations

- REST API/SOAP application development experience

- Asynchronous/event based application development - Message Driven Beans, Rabbit MQ or similar (related) experience

- z/os DB2

- complex SQL queries, including performance tuning SQL

- Splunk
