Client Success Manager

What You Will Do:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Client Success Team is completing tasks in Asana for the Account Managers, while also completing tasks yourself. This job will start out in the NYC office and will be able to become a partial remote position after training. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing the 24/7 Remote Virtual Assistant Contractors.

  • Listing Optimization
  • Account Audit
  • Seller Central troubleshooting
  • Variation and flat file (bulk upload)
  • FBA Issues & Barcodes
  • Brand Registry
  • Shipping plans / templates and Inventory management
  • Hazmat Issues and Clearance
  • Keyword Research
  • Suppressed ASINS
  • Brand Health Issues
  • Negative Seller Feedback Removal and Management
  • A-Z Guarantee Claims
  • Building schedules for VAs to be monitoring accounts on weekends and nights

Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • A willingness to listen and to self teach
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Must be familiar with Asana or other project management tools
  • Must have a basic understanding of Amazon’s Seller/Vendor Central
Hours: 
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to commit extra hours when necessary for important events or time-sensitive tasks.Typical Hours will be from 9am-6pm, but some weekend monitoring will be asked should VAs not be available. 


Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position, which is commensurate with experience, is comprised of a base salary plus performance bonuses.
