Analyst, Corporate Financial Systems

Position Overview:
The Corporate Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the company's financial consolidation and performance reporting system, as well as the Lease Accounting system. This includes acting as the liaison with the user community (400+ users) at the businesses and with Corporate Finance, and other functions. The position will also serve as a backup for the Sr. Manager – Corporate Financial Systems.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist and serve as a backup to the Sr. Manager – Corporate Financial Systems.                
  • Administration and management of the company's financial consolidation and reporting system as well as the company’s lease accounting system. Will include but is not limited to:                                                                                                    
  • Implement changes to the OneStream XF, as well as LeaseController system after receiving required approvals.
  • Add/Delete new users as well as current user modifications and apply the appropriate level of security after receiving required approvals.
  • Create, maintain and update all calc scripts, member formulas, and business rules to optimize efficiency and ensure data quality.
  • Create, maintain and update cube views.
  • Create / maintain a library of dashboards.
  • Execute periodic planned tasks applicable to individual systems and modules.
  • Provide support to the user community as required during monthly and quarterly reporting process and periodic forecasts and AOP processes. Work with corporate departments (Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and others as implemented) to provide support.
  • Work with the user community to identify and enhance their use of Onestream and LeaseController.
  • Develop and provide any training as required.                                                             
  • Assist with various process improvement projects.              
  • Assist the Manager – Corporate Financial Systems in the setup and training of newly acquired businesses, and Corporate Accounting on divestitures.   
  • Assist business units who are rolling out TMS (Terex Management System) as required.
  • Other projects as required.           
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree with specialization in Accounting or Business Systems
  • 1-3 years of experience with financial systems
  • Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Reports, OneStream or comparable business system within a large corporation
  • A willingness to train others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with web-based financial systems and system implementations
