Billing System Support Specialist
Western National is currently looking for a System Support Specialist to join our Premium Billing team. This opportunity will allow someone with Billing and Billing systems knowledge an opportunity to help in a wide variety of areas.
This role will work closely to help support month-end balancing while also supporting the variety of billing systems we use in a variety of capacities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end balancing and support for Billing Department.
- Document billing process and procedures for variety of Accounting and Billing focused tasks.
- Represents Premium Billing Operations in test planning and execution of different systems used by the Billing Department.
- Support different reporting projects by assisting in running queries and reports.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of accounts receivable process.
- Previous experience working in Billing department is strongly preferred.
- Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment and software packages.
- Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with end-to-end system testing is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 year degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
