Job Description – Population Health RN (Informatics):

Provides a registered nurse’s (RN) perspective on an interdisclipinary team to improve health outcomes of the residents within the Norton Sound region through collaboration with Norton Sound Health Corporation Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and outside agenices; specialize in patient care processes and clinical workflows; assist providers as an RN on village community travel.

Minimum Requirements – Population Health RN (Informatics):

Registered Nurse with Alaska RN License. Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Plus 2 years’ RN experience. CPR/BLS; and NRP may be required.

Mid Pay Range:
