Curriculum Coordinator 7:00am - 3:30pm
BASIS Chandler Primary - North Campus is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator!
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Curriculum Coordinator is to provide support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to implement BASIS Curriculum and meet the mission of BASIS.ed. Curriculum Coordinators manage all systems related to student schedules, teacher and substitute schedules, and assessment administration, as well as schedule and oversee all standardized testing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create and maintain student schedules
- Manage records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g. field trips, term projects)
- Ensure the implementation of BASIS Curriculum and facilitate assessment processes
- Coordinate administration of external exams (AzMERIT, STAAR, PSAT, SAT, ACT, etc.)
- Operate with resiliency and reprioritize tasks with a positive attitude
- Maintain regular, full, predictable attendance
- Supervise individual students and/or groups of students
- Other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent of education and work
experience
Certifications and Credentials: Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card and/or satisfactory applicable state background check
Experience: 2 years in a role with related job duties
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience: 3+ years in a role with related job duties in a similar sized school; experience with children
