Data Analytics Intern (Summer 2020)

We provide seniors, patients recovering post-discharge and those managing a chronic condition with tailored nutrition solutions to manage their specific needs. JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals who are pursuing a Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Actuarial Degree and are interested in gaining real-world experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects that help create a connection between what is learned in the classroom and what is required in data analytics projects.
You will gain real-life, hands-on experience in your chosen field. Our successful Interns have the potential to be invited back for future internships or into a full-time position.
As a Mom’s Meals Intern, You will be working on
Every internship will be focused on different assignment, but they could include the following:
• In this position, you will be exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities and learning opportunities across numerous internal departments.
• You will also help the Data Analytics Team with report creation and maintenance using a collection of different tools.
• Projects over the course of the internship will include CRM, documentation and enhancements of databases, data preprocessing to support larger analysis.

Qualifications
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity or past experience with programming or statistical languages (R Studio, SQL Services, SAS, or Python).
• Experience with ERP/CRM software or Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, must be able to provide reports with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, including being a productive member of a project team.
• Proficient in data visualization and able to consider multiple approaches to finding a solution.
• Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt; must be interested in continuous education to take advantage of emergency trends in new software/technology.
