Director of Nursing

DIRECTOR OF NURSING                                                                                                  

New Hope is accepting applications for an experienced and self-motivated RN to join our team as the Director of Nursing.   New Hope, located in Carroll, Iowa, is a not-for-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 40 years.  Responsibilities include the coordination and direction of all health and therapy services for individuals served.   

   

Qualifications: A valid Iowa RN license is required, and 4 years of nursing experience is preferred. Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to handle complex issues, ability to supervise and motivate staff, and strong planning and organizational skills.

Compensation Package: Salary range of $70,000-$77,000. Benefits include health, life, disability, vision and dental insurance, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, 401(K) Retirement Plan, generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, Educational Assistance, Growth Opportunities, and Employee Assistance Program.
