iPhone/iPad Refresh Technician

Position: iPhone/iPad Refresh Technician
Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible)
Duration: May 1 through September 30
Required: strong iOS experience

Experis is partnered with a global organization created for and committed to fostering worldwide monetary cooperation and financial stability in their search for several savvy and energetic iPhone/iPad aficionados to join a team of 8 for their annual iPhone/iPad Refresh Project located in Washington, DC.

This is a 4-5 month opportunity for those with the most serious Apple device technical chops!!

Our partner is replacing approximately 3600+ iPhones and 2400 iPads with the newest models and is in need of a deployment team to facilitate the transition by providing all logistical and technical activities associated with the refresh.

The deployment team is expected to possess customer relation skills and the following technical capabilities and experience:

Experience in use and in-depth knowledge of Apple iPhone devices
Experience with iOS and iOS-based mobile apps
Experience with Apple iTunes and Configurator software
Experience providing user support and user training
Great customer relationship skills and user-centric focus
Experience working in teams and large deployment projects
Experience working in corporate environments

Tasks:

Receive and un-package new devices
Prepare and label assets
Configure and update mobile devices
Retire user from Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
Perform iCloud backup, iCloud data restore and restored data validation for each staff
Activate and Setup Required Applications
Confirm account security activation required for Apple Keychain
Perform wipe procedures on old device
Check out user and assign assets in service now
Send port information to carrier to complete Port migration
Update inventory information in asset management tool and other Excel
Box old equipment and prepare for shipping
