About the role:
At Kerry, we hire graduates into real roles with real responsibilities from day one. This position reports to the Plant Manager and carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

This role is rotational so you'll get the chance to start at and rotate yearly into one of our sites! Average program length is two years. After that you'll be placed into a role outside of the grad program.


What you’ll do:
The Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with direct reports. Are coaching and developing employees something you’re passionate about? Do you have an eye for process efficiencies and continuous improvement? This is key to our success, and so are you! You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Four Year degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
  • Dynamic personality with ability and willingness to promote appropriate change and improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Inquisitive nature that enjoys problem solving and identifying business improvements.
  • Computer, planning, and problem-solving skills.N
