Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be an experienced “outside salesperson”, who will take the leads generated by Business Development Managers and be responsible for converting those leads into revenue-producing customers. CSMs will own a target and will have a considerable amount of their compensation tied to their revenue performance. The CSM position requires a relationship management skill set. Previous experience in business development, sales and/or marketing is preferable, though not required. Strong computer and organizational skills and work ethic are required. Knowledge of energy markets, trading technology and/or commodity markets generally a plus.

Heavily incentive dependent, based on experience of the applicant.
