Holy Rosary Credit Union Financial/Banking Literacy Coordinator

Member Duties : 1. Develop a financial education/coaching program that moves participants from being unbanked/underbanked to mortgage readiness and homeownership. This includes one-on-one counseling/coaching, financial education at multiple contact points with different delivery channels. 2. Develop resources using technological service channels and new ways to utilize resources provided by partners. 3. Meet with partners to streamline coaching programs. Make offerings easily accessible to our members including incentives. 4. Help recruit, train and oversee new coach delivery of banking literacy/home ownership classes. 5. Market classes to selected audiences. 6. Make necessary changes/updates to programs. Develop a system for tracking results and to evaluate coaches. 7. Utilize metrics available at HRCU to monitor success. Collaborate with partners to improve their performance areas. 8. Provide evaluation and formalized structure for ongoing reporting of results of financial literacy programs.
