Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an entry level Inside Sales Representative with a positive attitude who thrives on self-motivation.

Responsibilities:
  • Expanding the reach of our client’s brand and establishing new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of our products and/or services.
  • Maintain relationships with established retail partners and develop territory efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
  • Provide information to customers on available utility incentives and program details.
  • Maintain strong ongoing communications with customers to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Report accurately and describe activities in the field and monitor progress towards program goals.
  • Meet or exceed set proposal and sales objectives.
  • Responsible for representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for meeting an established sales quota.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory.
  • Display strong negotiation, sales presentation, & closer skills.
  • Supporting customer needs throughout the sales process finding solutions to any issues.
  • Meeting company sales targets along with setting goals to exceed for yourself.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal; in person and on the phone.
  • Working in a team environment to help motivate others.
  • A hungry desire to work in a sales focused position.
  • Having a professionally strong presence to work as the face of the company and brand.
  • BS/BA in Business administration or related field preferred.
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets, building a new book of business a plus.
