Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Pediatric ICU (PICU)Registered Nurse provides care to Northern Light Health-Eastern Maine Medical Center's (NL-EMMC) most critically ill patients.
NL-EMMC is an acute care specialty referral hospital and ACS-verified level II trauma center for northern, eastern, and central Maine,providing progressive, patient-centered care.
With 411 licensed beds, 448 providers and 4457 employees,NL-EMMC provides outreach and support to local hospitals throughout Maine as well as works collaboratively with LifeFlight of Maine to provide critical care transport for Maine's most critically ill patients.

Requirements:
- Maine RN License required or must be eligible to obtain a Maine RN License
- Critical care experience required
- Obtainment of ACLS required within one year
- Critical Care Course completion within one year
- PICU orientation and PALS after one-year adult ICU competency, at Nurse Manager's discretion.
- Non restricted call required.
