Job Description:
10 plus years in Automotive experience, FCA/Chrysler experience, WCM- World Class Manufacturing, launch experience, assembly plant experience, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, TCF, Chassis, lean manufacturing, general assembly, facilities and equipment, material flow.
1) Manage customer.
2) Manage team.
3) Understand WCM and help team implement.
4) Deliver on time and under budget.
5) Conflict resolution.
6) Knowledge of standard equipment used in assembly process.
