Personal Health Care Analytical Associate Scientist (BS/MS)

This role is an Associate Scientist position in the Personal Health Care Analytical Discipline. Using the best available technology in pharmaceutical analysis, the candidate will deliver practical Analytical and Stability solutions to solve tough challenges across the Personal Healthcare business —including challenges resulting from new formulation development, process development, and go to market activities. The candidate will lead one or more aspects of Analytical capability development within the organization, as well as oversee testing and logistics in our high throughput testing laboratories. Technology responsibilities include hands-on utilization of separations science techniques, such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC, UPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC), and wet chemistry and physical characterization techniques. Method development utilizing these techniques, validation against government regulations, and transfer to other sites will be required. The successful candidate will apply deep Analytical Chemistry mastery and strong communication skills to shape interactions with multifunctional project teams inside the company. This role will require building strong relationships with Product Supply, as well as some travel to our North American plants for method transfer and technical troubleshooting. A strong understanding of digital systems, instrumental software and data modeling, and cGMP standards for regulated drug product development is preferred. 
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role: 
Are you a leader which has a Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Chemistry or related field?
Technical Knowledge and Mastery:
    * problem solving skills
    * analytical method development and validation experience against governmental compliance standards (or ability to learn)
    * experimental design
    * data analysis and interpretation
    * digital skills
    * collaboration and communication are required
    * A strong understanding of digital systems, instrumental software and data modeling, and cGMP standards for regulated drug product development is preferred
