Technical Support (Beijing)

Responsibility:

1. Problem solving: communicate with operations and bioinformatics team to address customer concerns and technical problems. This may include issues related to experimental design, sequencing strategy and other pre-sales and after-sales questions;
2. Market information collection: assist sales team to collect information about potential customers and the market;
3. Sales training: arrange training for the sales team and provide professional answer for their questions;
4. Project and follow-up: cooperate with the Project Manager to monitor the project activities and ensure the on-schedule delivery of projects. Keep customers updated of the project status;
5. Payment follow-up: work closely with the sales team to achieve the revenue goals; Documentation record: record, collect and analyze the sales performance, prepare official documents for the sales team (quotation, invoice…);
6. Attend conferences, make presentations and travel with sales team to provide direct scientific guidance to potential customers


Requirement:

1. Major in molecular biology, pharmacology and medicine, with UK or Europe master degree or above and solid professional knowledge;
2. Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, comprehensive understanding of advances in genomics, and high throughput sequencing experience is preferred;
3. Strong pioneering spirit, excellent communication skills and anti-pressure ability, and good teamwork spirit.
