Bioinformatics Engineer (Beijing/Tianjin)
Responsibility:
1. Analyze biological data using various bioinformatics software and statistical methods；
2. Design, develop and maintain various processes of bioinformatics analysis；
3. Analyze project situation and deal with after-sales problems by high-throughput sequencing；
4. Evaluate customer intentions, analyze details and provide solutions；
5. Write technical documents and conduct training；
6. Cooperate with other teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of the project
Requirement:
1.Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Science, Statistic or Genetics, overseas education background is preferred；
2.Proficiency in programming language for bioinformatics (python/perl/R/C/C++/java), and Linux operating system；
3.Proficiency in the basic data structure and algorithm, and statistical methods，proficiency in the use of bioinformatics tools and database resources；
4.Proficiency in English, especially in reading and writing；
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work calmly under pressure; Relevant work experience in high-throughput biochip data analysis, second-generation high-throughput sequencing data analysis and bioinformatics analysis is preferred.
