St. Mary’s offers a wide variety of outpatient services, including cardiovascular and open-heart surgery, high-risk obstetrics and comprehensive women’s breast health services. Same Day Surgery is a 27 bed unit specializing in the care of General surgery, Orthopedic and Short Stay surgical patients including GYN, URO-GYN, ENT, and Neuro. We care for both adults and adolescents. Patient care is provided according to national standards and guidelines and is individualized by a healthcare needs assessment. We strive for exceptional patient care and satisfaction. We do this by conducting bedside shift handoff, use of evidence based practice, and clustering of primary nursing care duties. This exciting RN role is located at St. Mary's Hospital and is a full time days position shift. 7 AM - 7 PM is the shift. Benefit eligible on the first of the month after hire date, tuition reimbursement, and a great floor where teamwork is paramount are just a few bright spots. The Ortho unit at St. Mary's has a terrific mix of experienced and new nurses.
