Editorial & Content Writer Intern - Hybrid
Editorial & Content Writer Internship Position Description:
We are recruiting Editorial & Content Writer intern looking to gain valuable work experience with an emerging brand: WESTxEAST. You will work closely with the Co-Founders and learn from their creative direction and overall business operations. It’s an opportunity to enhance your portfolio and gain hands on experience with a fashion start-up.
Position Requirements:
- Pursuing Creative Writing or Journalism
- Excellent writer
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media
- An innovative self-starter with problem solving skills, creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Detailed oriented
- Interested in working with a startup
Job Duties and Tasks Include but are NOT limited to:
- Manage written communication: press, brand identity & social media
- Pitch and build relationships with or magazine editors, writers, bloggers and PR agencies
- Work on copy for social media content
Additional Information:
This is a School Credit opportunity
Must commit 15 hours per week
Must have a laptop and willing to come to Luminary in NoMad
