$14.898 Trainee $17.050 Worker (after training)
 
Examples of Work
Located in our South Sioux City Local Office your day would include face to face and telephone interaction with customers of varied socio-economic levels gathering financial and demographic information, with an assigned overpayment caseload. Computer databases are used to update, document and verify customer information, accurately process assigned work tasks and prepare correspondence.
 
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: 24 semester hours of post high school education in behavioral sciences, public/business administration, social sciences, education or closely related field OR experience in customer service, determining eligibility for public assistance, examining/processing financial loan applications, medical or unemployment insurance or rehabilitation claims, unemployment services OR a combination of education and experience in any of the above areas.

PREFERRED: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Experience relating to database use, telephone based customer service, and call center experience. Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. NFOCUS a plus.

OTHER: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation. Mandatory Attendance during initial 8 week Classroom Training Period at our Training Center in Fremont required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Please highlight knowledge, skills or experience relating to database use, telephone based customer service, and call center experience. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate proficient data entry computer skills while communicating with customers, must be able to multi-task and navigate between various computer systems, have good communication skills and are customer focused, have the ability to learn quickly and successfully via webinars and on-line courses. Must have good time management skills and be able to set and manage priorities.
