We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and open-minded individuals to design and deliver quality English classes for students. The most effective teachers are expressive, easy to understand, and passionate about teaching. You’ll design English language curriculum, film in a green-screen studio, and then work with engineers and artists to transform the clips into a professional product. Technology should be a disruptive force in education.
TAL is passionate about integrating cutting-edge technology into its materials to render the pedagogic process more effective. The collaborative team of educators, engineers, and designers uses techniques such as computer vision, speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning to evaluate student comprehension in real-time, and then adjust future content delivery in more efficacious manners. The team also utilizes the vast data collections to enable better decision making to stimulate student interest and progress. Using green screen techniques, speech recognition technology and interactive lessons, the product offers children an opportunity to learn English in a fun and effective way.

Qualifications
Be responsible for English curriculum design and development for children, which includes development of lesson curriculum and evaluative methods
Participate in rehearsal and delivery of English classes in a green-screen studio and work with engineers and artists to transform the clips into a professional product.
Act professionally and be a positive influence on all students and provide coaching for local English teachers
Participate in promotional activities for teaching projects
Requirements:
Dynamic, engaging, and open-minded personality
Passionate about education
Native English speaker
Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from a top university in a relevant subject with teaching experience and relevant experience will be a plus.
Time in China is also a plus.
