Temporary Center Helper (Full Time - Temporary)

The Temporary Center Helper will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of varied tasks to support the center.
May receive and direct incoming calls in a professional manner. Answers basic questions and provides designated information as directed.
Provides employee and visitor screenings per specified systems and processes.
Assist with supply orders or distribution as needed.
Assist with sanitizing and ensuring common areas are routinely cleaned per guidelines.
Completes simple documents or spreadsheets as directed.
Assist in navigating applicants in the online hire process either in person or over the phone.
Maintains a positive and professional environment and projects a calm and competent image.
Help facilitate tele-conferencing between family and resident/patients.
Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Aged 16 years and older. Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn preferred. This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs. Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.
